Returns Policy - Returns accepted for 30 days

Change of mind -

 

We will provide a refund for an item if you change your mind within 30 days after the day on which the item was delivered.

However, you are required to pay for the cost of returning the item

 

Refund or Replacement if the item is faulty or damaged

If the item you have purchased is:

  • damaged; or
  • not fit for purpose.

    If you inform us that your item is damaged or not fit for purpose within 30 days after the day on which the item was delivered then you can request money back. We will also offer a refund or replacement if one is available.

    We will pay the postage.
