We have unfortunately been the victims of abuse. We do not tolerate it and reserve the right  to take the appropriate action including contacting the police.

 Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will provide a refund for an item if you change your mind within 30 days after the day on which the item was delivered.

So, we are giving you 30 days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get your money back.

However, you are required to pay for the cost of returning the item.

 If the item you have purchased is:

• damaged; or
• not fit for purpose.

Then you have the right to request money back within a "reasonable time" which we consider to be no more than 30 days after receiving your product. We will also offer a replacement if one is available.
