Due to the current political situation we only post within the UK. We will NOT post to addresses outside the UK due to customs issues and postage rates.

We offer free second class postage for customers within the UK. 

Larger items, or bundles, may be delivered free to you by a courier service. 

We will let you now when we have dispatched the item(s).

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. We process orders first thing early every morning, except Sundays. Usually orders after 7:00am will be processed the next morning.

They are normally dispatched by approximately 9:00am on a weekday. We will message you when this has happened. 

Larger items logistics sometimes take a little longer but are dispatched that day. In addition if the item has a tracking number we will let you know that along with the name of the carrier.

Please note that once we have dispatched an order delivery times are completely out of our control. Currently postal services and couriers are still experiencing some ongoing problems. Over winter the Christmas rush and bad weather may have an adverse impact on all delivery services. Shop early!

For the most part the Royal Mail delivers second class items within 3 days. Please be aware that the there does seem to be a number of localised issues with delivery offices due to among other things staff shortages due to Covid-19. You may wish to check the Royal Mail website.

Larger items may be dispatched via courier services, these often take a little longer at 5 days for delivery. These services are also experiencing some localised problems due to driver shortages, some times due to Covid-19. You should be able to track parcels using the carrier website, or app, and the reference number we will give you.
