Plants to forage for in March for Bushcraft

We started to put this together to advertise our website but, then realised the additional potential for helping people.
Given the state of the world and current advice to spend time in nature to help with mental health we thought foraging may help people. In addition we realise that many are really struggling to put food on the table. We really hope that that this helps in a small way. We hope to carry on helping in this way at least on a monthly basis.
